PRF, Platelet Rich Fibrin, treatments are incredibly effective yet very simple to implement. The process is very straightforward and involves very little discomfort.
Once you have been made comfortable, we’ll take a small sample of blood, like a blood test. We’ll then put the blood in a medical centrifuge to isolate the blood plasma we want.
We separate the blood plasma as we want the white blood cells along with stem cells, fibrin and platelets within it. We concentrate this solution and prepare it for use.
The solution is carefully injected in the areas where there is thinning with microneedling the entire area.
Once complete, we apply a red LED light to the treated area to help reduce redness and the risk of infection.

PRF beard treatment is completely safe, but there are a few things you should know.
If you are currently taking any medication that impacts the blood, like blood thinners for example, you should consult your physician before undergoing treatment.
Tell us about any medication you’re taking before your first treatment too, just to be sure.
After your beard growth treatment, we recommend minimizing exposure to sunlight for a couple of days to let the skin recover.
We also recommend using a natural moisturizer to help protect and hydrate the skin.

It is exceptionally rare to experience any side effects of PRF beard treatment but it is possible. If you experience prolonged redness or tingling at the treatment site, it’s nothing to worry about and will pass in time.
