I currently live abroad and will be starting a podcast as I trek across Tibet and China for several months this summer.
Considering nearly one year has passed since your post, do you have any updates regarding this equipment or new equipment. I will be trekking and have to keep wieght and size to a minimum, so I like the set up above. I will be podcasting with my android phone and whatever is the minimalist equipment I can get by with.
