Honestly i would look into just using patreon, You can setup the tiers so that this post is for 1$ subs this on for 5$ subs ECT. And then just add the audio file and post it. Anyone paying enough to see the post can see and listen to the audio file. Easy! Also they can listen through the patreon app. Chances are they already have it installed.

This is a fascinating article. Can you definitely integrate Powerpress with Memberpress? I want to create a membershiot site for my podcast that links with the podcast and automatically allows access to a protected podcast as long as they are a member. I’ve been talking to both Powerpress and Memberpress about this and no one seems to know what is going on. Does this 100% definitely work?
